What is creatine monohydrate?
Creatine monohydrate is a separate supplement from protein powder. Whey adds dietary protein; creatine supplies creatine. Taking more whey does not replace creatine, and creatine is not a source of protein.
The Australian Institute of Sport describes creatine monohydrate as a supplement with evidence for certain high-intensity exercise settings. Our tub instructions say to mix one 5 g scoop with 200–250 mL of water or another drink, stir or shake for 30 seconds, and take one serving daily.
300 g or 500 g?
Both sizes use the same 5 g serving and list creatine monohydrate as the only ingredient. The 300 g tub has 60 complete servings; the 500 g tub has 100. Compare the current per-serve price, availability and total pickup cost on the individual product pages.
The 500 g size may still be coming soon. A free stock alert is one email about availability after you confirm your address; it is not a preorder or a marketing subscription.
What should I check before buying?
Check the pack size and ingredient list, whether you can collect from Strathfield, and the current stock status. The 300 g and 500 g pages show those details separately. The final pack controls if it differs from the website.
We do not publish batch-testing or certification claims without supporting documents. If you compete in tested sport, seek advice on your sport’s supplement policy and independently verified batch-testing status.
