Start with the finished serving
A protein percentage for an ingredient is not the nutrition value of every flavoured tub. Compare the finished product’s serving size, protein per serve, ingredients, allergens and complete order price. Our current 1 kg whey label lists 24 g protein in a 30 g serving, with 33 complete servings per tub.
Our whey contains milk and soy and includes whey concentrate and hydrolysed whey in its supplied ingredient list. It is not an isolate or a dairy-free product. Read the individual flavour page and final tub before use.
Does isolate always work better?
The Australian Institute of Sport says the practical difference among whey concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate is usually small at comparable serving sizes. Isolate is further filtered and normally costs more; the lower lactose content can matter to people who are particularly lactose intolerant.
Neither powder replaces a varied diet. Whole foods remain a useful first choice for meeting protein needs; a powder can be a convenient way to add protein when needed.
How to compare the price fairly
Divide the final order cost by the number of complete servings, then compare the protein in each serving. Check whether a price break allows mixed flavours and whether you can collect the order. A cheaper tub is not automatically the cheapest source of protein if serving sizes differ.
Our three 1 kg whey flavours share a 30 g serving and the same supplied 24 g protein figure. Their current prices and mixed-flavour quantity breaks appear on the product pages and in the bag. Strathfield pickup is free and delivery is paused. Use our bulk price guide at Bulk protein price guide to compare the current price per kilogram and per complete serve.

Vanilla is easy to use in oats and shakes, chocolate suits a classic shake, and strawberry gives a fruit-flavoured option. The ingredient and allergen statements are shown separately on each product page.
