When will my preorder arrive?
Check each product’s current availability. Any paid preorder will show its estimated dispatch date before payment. Stock alerts are free and do not reserve stock.
If the estimate changes we will email you before the date passes. You can cancel an unpaid checkout yourself from Your account; for a paid preorder, contact us to discuss cancellation or a changed estimate. Your consumer rights apply.
What is in the Starter Pack?
One 1 kg tub each of Whey Protein Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry, plus one 300 g tub of Unflavoured Creatine. That is 99 protein servings and 60 creatine servings.
The Starter Pack has its own price and does not count toward individual whey bulk-price tiers. Its product page shows the current price and saving. Pack stock is drawn from the same units as the individual products, so availability falls as those sell.
Can I collect my order?
Delivery is paused. Orders are available for free Strathfield pickup only.
Pickup is free from 48 Mosely Street, Strathfield NSW 2135. Wait for your ready-for-pickup email and reply to arrange a time before travelling. Optimize Nutrition is upstairs from the kebab shop at this address; ask the shop about your collection.
What does a stock alert do?
It sends you one email when the product you chose becomes available to order. You confirm your email address first, and every alert email carries an unsubscribe link.
An alert does not reserve stock, does not charge you and does not subscribe you to marketing.
Will you email me offers?
Only if you ask. You can opt in under Your account, or enter your email in the separate newsletter form and confirm it. No offers are sent before that confirmation. Marketing email can be turned off or unsubscribed from; order confirmations and stock alerts are separate.
What do you do with what I look at?
Optional analytics start only when you allow them. Saving product activity to your account is a separate option that is off by default. You can change both choices at any time.
If you choose to save account activity, it is retained for up to 14 months. Turning that option off deletes the linked activity. Your account can export up to 500 recent entries; contact us for a broader data request.
Do I need an account?
Yes, to order. An account lets us show you your order history and send order updates to a confirmed email address. You can browse the whole range without one.
How do I pay?
Card payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are the final customer price.
Which flavours contain allergens?
The whey packs contain milk and soy. Creatine is a single ingredient with no added flavouring. Read the ingredient and allergen information on each product page and always check the pack itself before use.
Are your products tested or certified?
We do not publish batch lab-test results or third-party certification yet. When testing documents exist for a production batch, we will publish them here rather than make a claim we cannot show you.
