Prices and currency
All prices are in Australian dollars and are the final customer price. Pickup is free. Delivery is currently paused.
Prices and availability can change until your order is confirmed. Your price and stock are re-checked against our database at checkout; if either has changed, we ask you to refresh your bag rather than charge you a stale price.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm payment by email. If we cannot supply an item we will contact you and refund it in full.
If there is a problem with a confirmed order, we will contact you to resolve it in line with your consumer rights.
Preorders
Check each product’s current availability. Any paid preorder will show its estimated dispatch date before payment. Stock alerts are free and do not reserve stock.
A preorder estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. You confirm that you understand this before paying, and the returns page explains how to contact us about cancellation or refunds.
Stock limits
Stock is limited and is held for you only while a checkout is open. A stock alert does not hold stock. Where a pack is sold both on its own and inside the Starter Pack, both draw on the same physical units.
Product information
Product information is provided in good faith and may be updated as formulations are finalised. Always read the pack before use. Our products are food, not medicine, and are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or have a medical condition, seek advice from a health practitioner before use.
Who you are contracting with
These terms are an agreement between you and Optimize Nutrition, ABN 73 451 955 793, of Sydney, New South Wales.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
